Well I’m glad you asked, you will need to go to the membership application form on our website. You can either fill out the online form or print and send in. Payment for membership has two options. You can PayPal your payment or send in a check.

The gate key is available once you have submitted your application as well as payment received. Tom is the league’s membership officer and will set up a time for you to access one.

How do I get the key code for the lodge rental? We now have a digital lock on our doors to the lodge and garage. Once we have approved the date/s, have the liability form and received payment. We will email you with your passcode for your set time and day. What if my event exceeds the time set up in the agreement? We ask that you try and stay within your allotted time, 12 hours per paid day. You may reach out to our rental team, and see what is available. Subject to charge if it exceeds the agreement. There is a check out list on the wall when you enter the front door, make sure to check off the list, sign and leave on the desk upon exit.
